Founder & CEO, SierraEdge AI
Girish Desai brings over 24 years of expertise in physical design (PD), Electronic Design Automation (EDA), and semiconductor innovation. Under his leadership, SierraEdge AI has pioneered PinnacleAI, the industry’s first full-stack AI platform for semiconductor design lifecycle management.
Global Experience & Leadership:
With 6 years in the U.S. and 18+ years in India, Girish has held senior roles at Synopsys, Intel, and served as VP of Engineering at Adept Chips. He has scaled teams from 90 to 250+ engineers and secured strategic wins with global leaders including Intel, Renesas, and Synaptics.
Innovation & Impact:
Girish has managed $10–15M EDA accounts and delivered benchmark design wins for companies like Amazon, Broadcom, and Samsung. His expertise spans advanced process nodes (28nm to 2nm), place optimization, and design automation breakthroughs that have shaped next-gen semiconductor products.

Bhavana brings semiconductor expertise across 3nm to 180nm technology nodes with experience in global markets across India, Europe, and the U.S. Her background combines academic research at IMEC Belgium and leading European universities with hands-on industry experience, providing a strong foundation for PinnacleAI’s product development and market positioning.
